- Firstly, power down your server so that you can change its configuration, then click on the Edit button.
- Here you can change your CPU to any value between 500 and 20,000 core-MHz. Ensure your paid subscription is sufficient to cover the increase. If you need to pay more, you will be informed when you try to power the server back on.
- Similarly you can increase the amount of RAM allocated to your virtual machine, from the minimum of 256MB to the maximum of 32GB.
- To change the number of simulated cores, simply look under Advanced Options at the first drop-down. The default choice assigns a number based on the core MHz that you have chosen to allocate it, alternatively, you can specify up to 8 cores.
